Today I renew my Ham Radio License. The new one is simplest than the old one on a yellow paper with only the necessary data. The older license was an A class one. That means from 1992 till 2003 I give 3 times exams to upgrade from C class to B class and finally on A class, something wasn't so easy (believe me).
Now, the rules are easy but the people prefer the Internet for their communications.
