Ham Spirit is alive...

6 months now Im searching over the Internet with many friends around the world a 390 pF capacitor rated at 500V in a 1820 case for recovery a mistake during my FT-847 4m modification. Many old friends they give up very early saying that "it's very dificult" or "is too complicted" to find it... except an unexpected one: Jille PA3EAQ. He said don't worry will find it... Im sayin unexcepted becuse Jille is a new ham friend and not so close to me until that day.

Finally today I get the letter with 3 capacitors inside...!!!

Thanks Mr. Jille for your Ham Spirit...!!!
Thanks for your time and your expences.
Thanks my friend.

Jille PA3EAQ

A full ham radio day...

We wake up at 7:00...and the Windom antenna change the position that have the last 4 years. New erection ...new hopes. All goes well and ZL's comes at 17m CW with 599 signals on their grey line.

Then the promise to my young son for a mountain walk with radio operation. All equipment and antennas was prepared by him and finally the Sunday comes....

Then the first QSO on 20m band and ....finals on FT-817 blown...!!!

Back home again...

The Aiolus 2-way Ham Ballon project it's running and it's a good opportunity to have the QSO.
After many tries the operator gets my call and YES....Im into the log.
We celebrate it with 2 fresh orange juices at our veranda...

Sound is bad, but if you increase (a lot) the volume you can hear it...  Sorry

Playing with RBN...

Agree or not this tool is the near future of DXing. Now works for CW, RTTY and PSK. Next is SBB...???
