Report after second moonpass
Last night was horror and terrible.
We stretch the 6m and 2m antenna a little, so be point better to moon. Both
Bands starts with good GG over the sea.
After 25 degrees we prepair 23cm. There was a mistake and error in the spare
Laptop. Maybe also transport error at the TS2000.
That cost us 3h... bad.
Then lower then 1296.200 we have the radar from the airport... LOS !
So We did go to 1296.250.
From the system only the H antenna runs, V yagi give us full ALc At TS2000, that
must be bad SWR.
All 23 cm stations told our V Antenna was more then 3db worst.... so we could
not TX Cir....bad
TS2000 looks thayt it has a problem to...doopler sw doesnt run..
We loged 9 Stations in 2h. Signals from HB9Q and OK1DFC where around -20....
DJ9YW and PA3CSG around -28.
After this we did go back to 2m after and 5h run, that was good.
At 0500 we did start again for one hour 23cm but murhy was there.
With the H yagi also full AlC now...and only 1/3 output.
Something must very worst and false, we stopped after 3 periode to check all. No
good new...we have to stop. Again bad.
Back to 2m, some stations didnt understand dont tx during other qso.
We lost yesterday 4 QSO and didnt get them....because POL rotated and we didnt
see the called station again.
Some guys are not in the log, because contionue TXing.
At the end of the second moonpass we have 170 QSOs on 144 MHz, 10 at 432 MHz, 9
at 1296 MHz and 9 on 6m.
Next moonpass we will be not the full time on air.
We have to go to bed around 3 UTC, get some sleep, go back to the station and
disassemble all tomorrow and to send all back.
Tomorrow in daytime we will visit the old city Rhodos city have there dinner and
meet some SV5 guys. Thursdaymorning our plane goes back.
We are very sorry for the second part of 23cm.
