You can try my Remote SDR server dowloading first the software from here:
On the right side of page choose the latest Preview and after downloading just make the installation. After the program installation duble click on blue icon to start it. At the higher left corner choose connect and and give my Server's data: sv5byr.no-ip.org port 7999 and username and password guest
Just highlight the dongle and press START.
You should see something like this:

I've played around with it a little, seems to be working fine, congratulations ! I also found out about the development of SDR-Radio v.2 since you use it, i was stuck with 1.5 for some time now for my server, and 1.5 couldn't connect to your server apparently.
